April 2025 Newsletter

It's April and the big moment we've all been waiting for is finally here - join us this month for the grand opening of our new upstairs addition! We're holding a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a tour and a concert on April 10. We can't wait for you to see what we've built.

Youth (Ages 0-18) - We're also celebrating the reopening of the Youth Wing with an Open House on April 8! Join us for an Ukulele Sing-Along in the Art Park on April 19, get movin' during Zumbini on April 22, and enjoy reading with specially trained dogs during Pawsome Readers on April 26. Tweens, come prepared to discuss a title of your choice at this month's Tween Graphic Novel Book Club on April 8, share your work during Tween Creative Writers Group on April 9, and build your confidence for public speaking during Speak Up! on April 22. Teens, check out this month's anime and while making buttons during Teen Anime & Manga Club on April 2, get creative with the Teen Craft Cart on April 11 and 25, and things will be just ducky during Teen Paint a Duck on April 23. The whole family is invited to enter the nether during our Minecraft Party on April 29.

Adults - Join us April 10 for the Second Story Ribbon Cutting Celebration followed by a tour of the new space and a concert featuring Terez Firewoman and her band! Help beautify your community during the Earth Day Community Clean-Up on April 22, and add more green to your life with our Spring Plant Swap on April 26. Books & Bagels Book Club will meet April 15 and Words & Wine Book Club meets April 21.
