For safety purposes, the Children's Wing is not available during construction.

Children's materials have been moved to other areas of the library and can still be checked out, and we have new areas for families to read and relax. Programs are now either being held off-site, or in other locations within the library. Please check the calendar for details.

Homework Help

Monday, October 21, 3:00-6:00 pm.
Teen volunteers will be at the library to help kids with their homework. Grades K-8. First come, first served.

Advanced Math Strategies for the SAT Workshop

Tuesday, October 22, 4:00 pm.
The virtual Advanced Math Strategies Workshop for the new digital SAT allows students to learn and apply some of the most frequently tested challenging math concepts and strategies needed to succeed on the math sections of the SAT. Recommended materials: pen, pencil, highlighter, and notebook. If using a graphing calculator, the TI-84 Plus CE is recommended (may be loaned from the Safety Harbor Public Library). Grades 6-12.

Story Tots

Wednesday, October 23, 10:30 am.
Young ones will develop early literacy skills as they participate in an interactive story time followed by a take & make craft.

Baby & Me Story Time

Friday, October 25, 10:30 am.
Held at Harborside Church. Enjoy special time with your baby while you listen to stories, sing songs, learn knee bouncers, twinkle lights, and enjoy bubbles!

Pawsome Readers

Saturday, October 26, 10:30 am.
Young readers can read to trained therapy dogs at the library! This has been rescheduled from October 19th.
