North Bay Hills Phase III Water Main Replacement Project

On September 19, 2022, City Commission approved a Contract with Augustine Construction, Inc. to perform the construction of a new water main project for the Capital Improvement Project, IFB 2022-01-CIP, North Bay Hills Phase III Water Main Replacement Project. The proposed work will take place along portions of Mallard Drive, Mandarin Terrace, North Bay Hills Boulevard, Avocet Place, Sandpiper Lane, and Teal Terrace. Construction will commence in March 2023. Work hours are limited to weekdays from 7:00am to 6:00pm. No work will occur between the hours of 6:00pm and 7:00am on any day or at any time on Sunday (per City of Safety Harbor’s Code of Ordinances, Chapter 15, Section 15.03).
