SHINE Medicare Counseling

The Florida Department of Elder Affairs' SHINE program is available to provide free, unbiased one-on-one insurance counseling and information on Medicare options and prescription drug assistance for elders, their families, and caregivers. Home Delivery Service

For Safety Harbor and local residents who are unable to get to the library due to illness, disability, COVID-19 risk, or injury. Books, DVDs, audiobooks, and music CDs will be delivered and picked up for return by a library representative. Call 727-724-1525 x 4107.
